We all suffer at one point in our lives from anxiety.   Today , in our society we can see the increase of anxiety including teenagers and kids.   Our brains suffer when we identify threats even in common situations such as large crowds , while traveling or any other social situations .This feeling of anxiety can strike at any time.    Sometimes this feeling can even progress into a panic attack or a depression.  For a simple anxiety we can help ourselves with the use of crystals.  They are very relaxing. 

The use of  Crystals is a natural method to help overcome these feelings. Crystal healing is known to help reduce symptoms that can result from anxiety such as tense muscles, stomach-churning, and loss of confidence. Crystals are a tool that can help one cope with their anxiety’s triggers and achieve a state of emotional balance.   You will have to carry them with you. All the time. Program them so when you feel that you are getting anxious, you can have them ready tfor you.  Carry them on a pouch, keep them by your desk or your night table.

  1. Blue Lace Agate - hard to find these days
  • Color: Pale Blue
  • Chakra: Throat

This stone calms the mind when it is full of doubts and stress. Due to its association with communication, this stone helps you feel comfortable speaking in social settings. It also allows you to speak your highest spiritual truths.
Blue Lace Agate brings relief when your head is full of worries, or other people’s opinions, that make you feel anxious.

  1. Lepidolite - very relaxing energy
  • Color: Purple, Pink

This stone is named after the Greek term for “scales”. Lepidolite contains lithium, which is used for mood swings or depression. This stone has a balancing nature which is great for when you are feeling anxious.
