How long will my order take to arrive?
Because our products are sourced worldwide - from both local and international vendors, shipping times may vary. Please keep in mind that this is why we are able to offer such amazing products at unbeatable prices.

How can I track my order?
Your package will be shipped via epacket which is a USPS service. If you live in the United States, you can check the USPS website for an estimated delivery date once your package arrives in the US.
If you live outside of the US, our system will send you automatic status updates on the movement of your packages right throughout the delivery process.
You can also track the location of your package here if you have your tracking number.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Not to worry! For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please allow another 3-5 business days for all of your packages to arrive. If not received by then, contact us here.
Do you ship internationally?
We are proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! All orders over $40 ship for FREE. In addition to this, we may also promote new items using FREE PLUS SHIPPING coupons and many of our promotional offers include free shipping. Be sure to sign up with your email and follow us on social media for exclusive offers and deals.
What does “Free Plus Shipping” mean?
“Free Plus Shipping” means that product is being offered on promotion at the low low cost of $0.00. All you pay is the shipping fee. This may range between $3.99 to $9.99 depending on the weight and number of items purchased.

How do I search for products?
You can search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
Alternatively, you can click on a collection that interests you and browse all products in that category.

Do you have a return or refund policy?

How do I contact you if I have questions?
You can reach us by sending an e-mail from our “Contact Us” page or by messaging us via our live chat portal or social media pages.
Cancellation & Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We process orders very quickly and once our warehouse has processed your order, unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Payment FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Our checkout system uses SSL security making your shopping experience 100% safe and worry-free.
Why does the currency switch to USD at checkout?
Our shopping cart software only allows checkouts in one currency. Since we are based in the US, our sales are made in USD.
We have added a currency converter to our site to show your local currency on the product pages, but when you go to checkout, the final price will be displayed in USD before you complete your payment.
How long does it take for the refund to reach my bank account?
Paypal Refunds
Refunds issued via Paypal will appear in your balance instantly.
Credit Card Refunds
Once we have confirmed that your refund has been processed please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show up. Here is the information from our payment processor’s website:
“We submit any refund you make to your customer’s bank immediately. They will then receive the funds from a refund in their account approximately 5–10 business days after the original refund. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)”
“Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off your customer’s bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.”
